Today a federal appellate court laid down a local ordinance that was targeted at the illegal immigrants in Pennsylvania and that it would increase the chance of civil rights groups and business groups to kill Arizona’s employer sanctions law and there new immigration law. Also today the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals said that companies couldnt hire illegal immigrants as worker. A judge by the name of Theodore McKee said state and local governments couldnt make there programs to hire illegal immigrants. In Arizona if a company were to hire an undocumented worker they could have there license suspended for 10 days. A second violation was for three years and a third ment putting them out of business.
